As many of you know. I have a son. He is 20 months old and is trying really hard to talk. Well for a few months almost a daily ritual is for me to pick him up and toss him on our gigantic bed doing "ready", "set", "GO!"
He has even started saying it when we get ready to toss him up onto the bed. However, I realized today. Hearing "Ready.." while you are in the kitchen and he is out of site is a scarey thing. Recently I caught him pushing his little tykes slide over to the couch, climbing up and jumping off the slide onto the couch. So hearing "ready.." from the other room is now scarey as I have to ponder 2 things very quickly.
1. Is he about to hurt himself?
2. What is he jumping off of now?

Oh the joys.....
