I haven't had any break downs in awhile.  And I realized last night while porting over all my old stuff that I haven't since before I got fired from the devil company.  What does that mean?  It means that being out of work, money tight, and being sued, that things are still better than going to work at that shit hole every day...

Not many of you know.  But I work from home.  I do have an office in the garage, however watching my 19month old son I have turned the dining room table into desk number 2.  There are 2 things I realized today would be most helpful. 

1.  "go in the living room" - This would be great.  For instance, I am on the phone and he keeps trying to drive his car on my laptop and keeps bringing it to me to put the wheel back on.  I had to recall this number back 3 times cause I couldn't listen to the menu to figure out where i needed to go. 

2.  Please just say "hungry"  - i gave him breakfast, but apparently he was still hungry.  So instead of saying "hungry"  he fussed and kept making terrible noises that I don't think people should make.  If he had said "hungry" he would have gotten food faster and I wouldn't have tried to eat my own head in frustration.

ok, so once again, things are going nuts, haha, that seems to be what I am used to. So a couple months back (wow, really November? that long ago since i posted?) anyways, i get a call asking me to do some transaction processing for this company right? Start working on it, turns out to bring in a little extra cash to say the least. So I contact a guy to write the application for me to speed up the process. Everything is good, he is making money, i am making money GREAT!. So a little over a week ago now I get home and find this email from this company saying "get these done today, so i rush to get them done, start uploading them to the bank. Realized I uploaded the wrong ones. See something that scared the shit out of me. It appeared the transactions settled before I could void them all. So I take stock, FUCKING SHIT 30,000 worth of wrong transactions posted. uh-oh spagetti-o's. Well, only thing to do BFM (big fucking mallet) once i calm down, i contact the customer let him know whats up. And then proceed to shit myself. Hours later i find out, the problem wasn't really there, just a misreading of the report. I void everything, email owner, all is fine, going to bed. Wake up the next day, not feeling so hot, get the right transactions up. Fine, that night, right before I take my wife out for the evening, i see an email, stating

Unbelievable. 1 year i have been married now. And over a year I have been forced to deliver pizzas and almost a year at bayshore. 2005 just has not been my year. But my life at home is good. The wife is happy and supportive. And every bit as beautiful as the day we met.

Ok. so here is the deal. I am sub leasing 1 of my 2 offices to an un-named individual. This individual pays me 150 a month for a 10x15 office I have. Fine. Great. However, I pay roughly 350 for that office. So I am in affect paying 200 for this woman to have office space for her business. AND!!!! I included internet access of my business lines. Fine. I am a good guy. I wasn't using the space, she needed it. I got a few bucks out of it. Great. But then things got tight. And I mean REAL tight. Lost a large account. Monthly revenue went down the shitter. Now I am kind of strapped for $$$$. So I get this call at the beginning of the month from my "tenant". Claiming to me that times are tough and that she can pay only 1/2 of the rent then and the other half in a couple weeks. Under protest i said, "Ok." Well, the 16th comes around. No payment, not even the first half. So I send her an email stating that since its been "a couple weeks" that there is no reason that the full amount can't be paid by Wen. the 19th. Late on the 19th I finally get a response stating I will get my money but doesn't state when that will be. Another email says that the hosting bill is paid. Which it was not. I went to the office and no payment. I forwarded those emails to her on monday trying to find out what was going on. No response. On friday that was it, I had had enough. On thur evening I called to see if she was having problems with her emails since it was obvious that she had not recieved my message. She stated that the mail had been down for DAYS. Ummmmm..... No. I checked to make sure everything was working fine and it was. I sent her an email in short on friday stating that it was obvious she didn't want to keep our arrangement and that she owed me for this month and that she needed to get her stuff out of my office. She called me friday evening, pissed. She obviously got the email. But I had emailed her boyfriend and my business partner "just in case" she couldn't get her mail. But she had. She was mad I sent the email to them as well, but oh well. Fuck off. So she got all pissed, started crying, said that she was not gonna be able to pay again until end of november and that she needed to get off the phone. WHATEVER!!!! I mean what the fuck. I have someone wanting to move into that office and willing to pay more than what she is paying. EVERYTHING IS GOING TO SHIT!!!
