Did the last interview today for a sweet gig. Lets hope it works out!!!! If i get this I can finally join the world again as part of the true work force!!!!!
i got the job. I am not officially employed at Raymond James financial. Good for me, no more laying around being a lazy bump on a log.
Our site thereeltake.com has suddenly received a huge influx of traffic this week due to 1 of my reviews on the movie Lesbian Vampire Killers. Odd movie, but we got a ton of traffic from it.

Adding info regarding another project I am involved in. Its called Gothopia. A few years back I ran a site called vampyregirls.com Vampyregirls.com was a site that was kind of a social network before the term social network was coined. I eventually let that site die and about a year ago looked to revive it. In doing so I came across a site that was for sale. Gothopia.com. I ended up buying Gothopia.com and started working on the existing code to see what could be done. Not much. A commercial piece of code, pieced together that was so far out of date it was almost impossible to do anything with. I started working a new version of the site with alot of new features (http://dev.gothopia.com)
The new site is coming along. We are finishing the integration of the design, then working to migrate existing data over from the live site. We are currently in the development process of 2 major features.
1. A video blog system using flash. Meaning if you have a webcam, you can go login, click create new video blog, click record and you are done. You hit done recording and it uploads your video straight to the site and posts it.
2. An online game sort of like the facebook apps and the old turn based games like earth2025 and utopia.
So thats info on the project.
Good news this morning. Before 9am this morning i got the call that i passed my testing from friday and am now in the final stage of getting the kick ass job at Raymond James. Interview tomorrow. Hopefully this week will end up with an official offer.
Tonight is pool league. I get my clean sweep patch. Sweet. 3 weeks to go and we are in 1st place.
Wednesday is really calling to me this week. Pool league and my test results come back for this new job I am trying to land in St Pete. I am hoping to also hear from my attorney by then regarding the lawsuit I have with the Antichrist right now. Yeah. I know. Who sues the antichrist. Well. No one. He sued me. I worked for him for 4.5 years.
I don't think my job was taking souls. I just ran the web server farm. I think the soul collecting he did on his own. Kind of a "hands-on" kind of CEO/AntiChrist I guess.
Not many of you know. But I work from home. I do have an office in the garage, however watching my 19month old son I have turned the dining room table into desk number 2. There are 2 things I realized today would be most helpful.
1. "go in the living room" - This would be great. For instance, I am on the phone and he keeps trying to drive his car on my laptop and keeps bringing it to me to put the wheel back on. I had to recall this number back 3 times cause I couldn't listen to the menu to figure out where i needed to go.
2. Please just say "hungry" - i gave him breakfast, but apparently he was still hungry. So instead of saying "hungry" he fussed and kept making terrible noises that I don't think people should make. If he had said "hungry" he would have gotten food faster and I wouldn't have tried to eat my own head in frustration.
